Shipping Policy
Our items are produced by multiple vendors in the United States, and shipped direct from the manufacturer. Because our products are shipped from various warehouses, we do charge a flat shipping amount per item. The amount of the charge depends on the type of item.
If more than 15 days have passed since you received a shipping notification and your order has not arrived, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist by escalating the issue with the shipper and manufacturer.
Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or import fees/taxes due at time of delivery. These are not included in your shipping cost, and refunds will not be issued for items refused because of these fees. We know, it sucks. Take it up with the Queen.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we want to guarantee an awesome product (and also to keep the Karens from bitching), we operate as a print on demand service; meaning that when you place your order, the item is being printed specifically for you. This means that returns and refunds are not always possible - for details, please read on...
Every return is handled on a case by case basis. No returns/exchanges will be accepted more than 21 days after the item has been delivered to you. This timeline is the same for all applicable scenarios below, even when not stated.
If any item in your order is damaged or printed incorrectly, please contact us to discuss an exchange for the correct or undamaged item.
Please be sure to check our sizing charts to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If for some reason you need a different size, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
It is critical that you enter correct and complete shipping information at check out. If your order is returned due to incorrect or missing shipping information, we will be glad to send it to you with a corrected address, but there will be an additional charge to re-ship. This is not profit for us, someone has to pay the piper.
